# Vault NDA Tags

> Tags Vault will look to extract when presented with a NDA

[Vault](https://help.textmine.com/en/collections/9145550-vault) will aim to extract company and signatory information as well as the following generic tags when presented with a non-disclosure agreement:

What is the agreement date?

What is the commencement date?

What is the confidentiality term of the agreement?

Does the NDA have a purpose ("yes" or "no")?

What is the purpose of the confidentiality agreement?

Is the non-disclosure agreement "one-way", "mutual" or "triparte"?

Does the confidentiality agreement include a non-compete ("yes" or "no")?

What is the jurisdiction of the agreement?

What is the governing law of the agreement?

What confidential information is being disclosed?

What is the cost of a breach?

How long does the Recipient have to destroy information?

Do any clauses survive Termination ("yes" or "no")?

Does the Discloser retain the rights to the Confidential Information ("yes" or "no")?

Is there an indemnity clause ("yes" or "no")?

Does the recipient of confidential information have Representatives ("yes" or "no")?
