Vault will aim to extract company and signatory information as well as the following generic tags when presented with a consultancy agreement: What is the agreement date? What is the commencement date? What is the work location? What is the description of the services which will be delivered? Do the services have an end date (“yes” or “no”)? What is the end date? What is the time period that each side must give before ending the contract? Will the services include Deliverables (“yes” or “no”)? Please specify the deliverables What are the charge for the deliverable? Can the consultant hire a substitute (“yes” or “no”)? Can the consultant hire a third party to do administrative, clerical or secretarial tasks concerned with the services (“yes” or “no”)? Will the Consultant process personal data on behalf of the Client or its associates (“yes” or “no”)? How long must the Consultant keep the Client’s confidential information secret? How the consultant will be paid (“hourly rate”, “daily rate”, “weekly rate” or “monthly rate”)? What is the Consultant’s rate? What is the amount of time the Consultant is expected to contribute to deliver the services? What is the period over which the consultant is expected to work to contribute to deliver the services? How frequently invoices can be submitted? Within how many days of receipt of an invoice will the Client pay the Consultant? See all documents and tags.
