Vault is the document intelligence surface in TextMine. Use it to collect documents, organize them in folders, classify document types, extract default and custom tags, ask questions, run reports, and feed downstream workflows, playbooks, agents, and records.

  • A Vault contains documents and folders for a team or business unit.
  • Document types determine the default extraction and review fields for each document.
  • Custom tags and questions capture organization-specific data points.
  • Ask Vault can answer from selected documents, all accessible Vault documents, extracted tags, and uploaded reference material.
