Create a playbook from source text, a checklist, a policy, a review guide, a rule table, an uploaded document, or a Knowledge Base artifact. TextMine parses the content and saves it into a reusable playbook. Good source material includes:- Preferred clause positions.

Structure rules clearly

Scope the playbook to the relevant teams, Vaults, or document sets when it should only be available for certain work. Keep draft playbooks disabled until they have been tested on representative documents. Review outputs
After a run, review:- Findings and recommendations.
- Source passages and evidence.
- Pass/fail or accepted/deviation status.

- Missing clauses or missing evidence.
- Generated Word artifact or review memo where available.
- Comparison details for each reviewed document.
