Vault is usually the evidence source. Records use Vault documents, extracted tags, entities, tables, and validated fields to suggest or update structured data. A common flow is:- Upload or import documents into Vault.
- Process the documents and extract default/custom tags.
- Extract entities and relationships where useful.
- Generate record candidates from the evidence.
- Review and accept candidates.
- Use Records for graph queries, reporting, workflow routing, and downstream exports.
